Dr.
Victor Riley is President and Chief Scientist of
UIR&D. He has had over twenty years of experience in
user centered design, human centered automation, analysis
methodologies, and human factors research, and is responsible
for the technical work at UIR&D. |

Shannon Tomsen, JD, is Vice
President of UIR&D. She holds a law degree from William
Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN, and is responsible
for the business and contractual work at UIR&D.
